ABOUT THE ARTIST
Marù Sofra was born in Kamchatka (a remote peninsula in Russia's Far East) and travelled far in search of her place of power — she found it in Italy, where she has lived and worked for seven years.

A graduate of art school, she worked for years as a photographer, videographer, and later an art director shaping visuals for brands — until she felt the need to step back from the speed and filters of that world, and turn toward what people so often avoid: their own emotions.

Painting became her way to express feeling directly,
without filters.

In my work, I explore a person's inner strength and what they feel when they come into contact with nature — with the place they live.

When the mind slows down, a connection appears with everything alive around us. And in that moment, you feel part of something bigger. And when a collector's eyes meet the painting, they are carried, in their mind, to their own place of power.
MY ART — THE ENERGY OF THE MOMENT
" I work at the intersection of techniques — acrylic, dry pastel, acrylic markers, oil pastel — and I love mixing materials and bright colors as freely as feelings mix. I also work digitally, sketching in the moment, whenever I feel the impulse. My work is full of landscapes, mountains, trees, water, figures dissolved into the scenery — but what matters isn't precision, it's presence in the moment."

Digital prints
After filling in the order form with your name, email, and phone number (optional), I process your order manually and send the purchased digital print files directly to your email. If you're unable to pay via PayPal, please get in touch and we'll find a payment method that works for you.

Original paintings
Once you purchase an original artwork, we'll be in touch by email to arrange delivery. I need 2 business days to prepare your painting for shipping. Together we'll agree on the courier service that works best for you. Shipping costs are calculated separately based on your destination, as all artworks ship from Italy.

If you are in Italy, you are welcome to pick up your artwork in person directly from our studio in Umbria, or arrange for local courier delivery. We also offer worldwide shipping across Europe, the Americas, and beyond. Detailed shipping information, transit times, and costs will be calculated and provided when placing your order.
